We provide peace of mind for homeowners with vacant or unoccupied properties that are on the market. Since insurance coverage can be limited on homes left empty, we step in to make sure everything is safe and well cared for. Our weekly or biweekly visits include checking that the air conditioning is running properly, humidity levels are within range, and that the pool and lawn are being maintained. We also look for signs of vandalism, pests, or piles of flyers in the driveway that signal the home is unattended. As a Florida Notary, we can perform a wide range of acts including administering oaths and affirmations, taking acknowledgments of signatures, attesting photocopies, solemnizing marriages, verifying vehicle VINs, and certifying the contents of safe deposit boxes. We are also available to notarize important documents such as affidavits, vehicle titles, contracts, leases, and other financial or legal paperwork that requires identity and signature verification.
